Please contact email@example.com for prior authorization and instructions for returns and exchanges. You may exchange any unworn, unwashed or defective merchandise within 14 days of the ship date. ALL RETURNS must have prior authorization and must be made within 14 DAYS of the SHIP DATE or we will not honor the return. Upon receipt of your return, we will then offer an exchange option or refund.
We will respond to all inquiries within 2-4 business days, but do not answer requests on weekends or Holidays. If you need to contact us immediately about an order, we recommend calling as not all emails are read in time. We urge you to please take extra caution when opening your packages as we can’t be held responsible for any damages that may occur once the product(s) leaves our store. We do reserve the right to refuse any returns that we feel are not compliant with our policies. All merchandise is inspected before it is shipped.
****Please also note that any STORE-WIDE SALES are FINAL SALES as we are trying to move merchandise to make room for new items! Keep this in mind while purchasing during our sales. We will not accept any returns from store-wide sale events.
